Refund & Return Policy

At Facioney, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights regarding returns and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Items must be returned with original tags and packaging.

Final sale items, discounted products, and accessories may not be eligible for return.
If your return does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to deny the return or issue a partial refund.

Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will review your request and provide return instructions if your item is eligible.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original credit card within 5–10 business days.

Refund times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of order errors or defective products.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
