Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. Facioney is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or is missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
